This is the tier for an owner who wants the books off their desk. QuickBooks Online bookkeeping, done every month: bank feeds and card accounts come in, get categorized and reconciled, and you get one clean report on a day you can count on.
There is no team and no ticket queue. You deal with me, and questions get answered the same week.
If the books are behind when we start, we catch them up first, quoted separately, so the monthly work starts from a clean line.

No. Your tax preparer gets clean books from me, which is the part that makes their job fast. If you want books that are ready to file from at year end, that is the second tier.
