Bookkeeping with tax-ready books.
Everything in monthly bookkeeping, plus a year end that is already done when your preparer asks for it.

- Reconciled and in your inbox on a day you can count on
- A price you saw on this site before you called

How the foundation works.
From $600/ month
This is the tier most owners land on. The monthly work is the same, and on top of it the year-end close is handled: adjustments made, accounts tied out, 1099s prepared, and a package your preparer can file from without a back-and-forth.
Once a quarter we look at where you stand, so April is not the first time you see the year.
It suits an owner who has been through one bad tax season and does not want another.
- Everything in The Basics
- Statements within 15 days, plus a cash-flow statement and a monthly management report
- Tax-ready books, and I work directly with your tax preparer
- Accounts receivable and payable managed and reported
- A monthly check-in on where you stand, and an annual budget
- 1099s handled, up to 20

What people ask about the foundation.
If yours is not here, the 15-minute call is where it gets answered.
Adjusting entries made, every account reconciled through year end, and a package your preparer can file from without asking you for more.
